Belt Test on October 15, 2022

Our next belt test will be Saturday, October 15 at 9:30am at the school. We will have some seating available, but I recommend that parents and family bring their own lawn chairs. This will be the first test at the new location, so please bear with us as we work out logistics.

Please make sure you are on time. Full uniforms must be worn at testing. No T-Shirts. Taekwondo students must have all 3 stripes (red, white, and blue) to be eligible. All fees must be paid before or on the day of testing. You may pay at the gym or at https://mayotkd.square.site/belt-test-fees.

Please make sure you print your test sheet from the website and bring it filled out on the day of testing. While we now have a printer-copier available, it really helps to speed things along if they are completed ahead of time.

Active black belts (including Cho-Dan) are required to attend. If you are a black belt and are unable to attend, please inform me ahead of time.

When we ran the west side location, I made a number of videos for our students to help them during COVID. They might prove helpful for lower belt material.

Additionally, Kukkiwon published a series of YouTube videos on the Tae guk forms that serve as an excellent guide for practicing at home:
